One of the great benefits of renting a villa is the option to relax and enjoy delicious food – Asian and Western – prepared where and when they like. Bendega Villa has a full-time chef trained who loves to delight villa guests with his beautifully presented dishes – from roasted vegetable salads, to Balinese chicken curry, to nasi goreng (fried rice), to steak and chips. His deserts are not to be missed either – or his home-made jams and chutneys. He is happy to try out new dishes and even to share his kitchen with guests – especially if they can show him how to prepare their favourite dishes.

Daily breakfast is included in the villa rate and a range of menu suggestions are available at the villa for lunch and dinner. Alternatively, menus can be designed in consultation with the chef and villa manager. In this case, food and other supplies will be purchased by the chef and charged to guests at cost plus a provisioning fee with receipts will be provided either daily or at the end of your stay. Please remember to discuss meals in advance (ideally 24 hours) to allow the chef the time he needs to purchase and prepare for you.

Wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks are also available on request and will be charged for at the end of your stay.
