Rates
Four Bedroom rates are for up to a maximum of 8 adults using the four bedrooms in the main villa. If required, children under 12 can be accommodated in their parents’ room on a rollaway bed. Additional charges may apply if the total occupancy exceeds 8 guests.
Five Bedroom rates are for up to a maximum of 10 adults. If required, children under 12 can be accommodated in their parents’ room on a rollaway bed. Additional charges may apply if the total occupancy exceeds 10 guests.
All rates are nightly, shown in US$ Dollars and include full breakfasts, return airport transfers and a car with driver for 10 hours per day excluding petrol. Rates are subject to an additional 15.5% Service Charge and Government Tax.

Discounts
For bookings of 10 nights or more and for bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, we offer a 15% discount off the above rates.
